At House of TBH, we create personal care and fragrance products with a lot of care and hygiene in mind. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-returns policy, except in specific cases mentioned below.


 

Returns

 


We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products once they have been delivered.


Fragrances and body mists are personal care items, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns after delivery.


However, returns or replacements may be considered only in special cases, such as:

 

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong item

 


If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear images or videos of the product.

Damages and Issues

 


Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.


If the item is damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate.

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are non-returnable:

 

  • All fragrances and body mists

  • Sample packs and tester packs

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

 


This policy exists to maintain product hygiene and customer safety.

 

 

 

Refunds

 


Refunds are issued only if:

 

  • The product is damaged in transit

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances

 


Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.


Please note that banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
