We didn't plan to write this. But 500 bottles felt like the kind of number that deserved something more than a story highlight.
So here it is — honest, unfiltered, the way we do everything at House of TBH.
It started with a box.
Not a warehouse. Not a factory. A box in a room in Delhi, with two people packing orders, writing notes by hand, and wondering if anyone would actually care enough to come back for more.
The first few orders felt surreal. Someone we had never met, in a city we had never been to, was about to smell something we made. That thought never really left us. It still hasn't.
What 500 people taught us.
Every order comes with a review, a message, or a silence that tells us something. We read all of them. The praise and the criticism equally.
